Does..... |
- Print an Application (left side of this
page).
- Fill out Application in it's
entirety. (make sure all applicants information is
included and all applicants sign the application)
- Send the application to Perimeter North Properties Group, LLC
via:
- Fax Toll Free: 866-293-1664 Attn: Property Manager <preferred
method>
- and Mail the original with payment (see below)
- Send a $50 application fee plus 1 months rent as a holding deposit to:
- Perimeter North Properties Group, LLC
- PO Box 800272
- Roswell, GA 30075
- (Money Order or Cashiers Check only made out to: Perimeter North Properties Group, LLC)
Note: Faxing the application and sending the original application and payment via US mail is the fastest way to get the application processed and to find out if you've been approved. If you are not approved, your 1 months rent holding deposit is returned, we retain the application fee. Once approved, the security deposit of $1000 is due within 5 business days and the holding deposit and security deposit are non-refundable. Lease must be signed prior to move-in.

- Verify all applicants employment
status and verify income
- Verify all applicants payment history and amount with current landlord or mortgage company.
- Once Perimeter North Properties receives payment, credit reports are reviewed and the approval process is complete. (FYI: we aren't looking for great credit, just great tenants)
- Perimeter North Properties will contact you with the status of the application as quickly as possible
